I will talk with you about any necessary repairs and/or updates that may aid in the sale of your home along with a cost benefit analysis in regards to the projected selling price of your home.

I will also prepare a feature sheet that is personal to your home and available to any potential buyers and agents that show your home.

If desirable, I will conduct an open house during reasonable hours at your convenience.

4) Keeping you up to date

Throughout the course of the listing I will stay in touch with you regarding showings and feedback on the property. I will also keep you up to date on any new relevant activity in your market.

5) From offers to possession

From negotiations with purchasers or other Realtors to dealing with the paperwork, I will take care of it all.
