Hello David, I once again had the great pleasure of seeing your presentation during the easyhome 2006 national canference in Niagra Falls last week. David Carr has been associated with our Company for the last 4 years.
Most recently, he has been on the project team tasked to complete a major overhaul of our entire field training program moving our 170 stores from outdated video and paper based training to an online highly effective, interactive and memorable instructional web based program.
David played a critical role and was given full licence to revamp and develop new and improved sales and customer service practices for our brand. David’s presentation and workshop skills were once again utilized at our recent Company conference.
The audience of over 250 delegates have fed back nothing but positive comments regarding his skill and abilities to train in an entertaining and informative manor.
