Our Company

In our role as Retail Customer Service & Sales Training Consultants we have, since 1992, provided consulting on a variety of retail business enhancement/decelopment topics and have provided Retail Sales Enhancement Training Programs for leading retail and shopping centre clients in both Canada and the U.S.

All of our programs are custom designed programs for clients including both those with and those without existing training programs. We have consulted with and designed training programs for both the largest national chains and single owner/operator businesses.

Our methodology is simple: we evaluate and quantify client needs and design strategies and program material to address specifically each client's unique challenges and opportunities.

Questions and Answers

WHAT DO WE DO FIRST WITH A NEW CLIENT?

We meet with our client to consult and review any existing retail sales training material or programs.  Then we discuss at length our client’s retail sales training objectives.  We typically visit their store(s) to observe the nature of the environment, the type of customer and the level of performance of the retail sales staff.

 

WHAT DO WE DO NEXT?

Then we consult once again with our client, reviewing our observations and conclusions.   Once we have agreed on what is required, we prepare a training proposal for presentation to our client.
