This is our most requested program that has historically been presented in a 4-hour seminar/workshops format.
We are delighted now to offer it in a much more concise format that should prove to be far more accessible and practical for most clients.
We call it "down and dirty," "cut to the quick," "no nonsense," "get to the meat quickly" "just the facts, ma'am" and, "very appealing."
In this enhanced format, we will still deliver the same simple, yet highly effective retail customer service and sales skills as we have been doing since 1992. However, we use newly-developed tools, new concise content and highly effectice delivery strategies.
Brief, yet powerful, CSS Seminars/Workshops will still motivate participants to perform at peak levels, and will introduce basic, proven retail skills for creating and maintaining customer loyalty while maximizing sales from existing traffic.
The purpose is to effectively transfer proven skills and to create a long-term success pattern in a brief, yet content filled session.
The new CCS program will be delivered in (one or more) intensive, 60 minute seminars. If more advanced content is required, the program may be delivered in a series of two or more 60-minute seminars scheduled at times that will allow retail staff and managers to be in their stores during normal business hours. These may be prior to opening or after closing or, on weekends or other convenient days and times

Professional Outbound Selling Skills Training programs are fully custom designed to meet clients's needs and expectations. Much of the content will be taken from our library, as appropriate, thereby reducing the program development fee.
POSS, Professional Outbound Selling Skills, is designed for all outbound selling professionals who are responsible for the complete selling process from identifying target markets and prospective clients to setting up and conducting client interviews, preparing and presenting compelling proposals and securing client commitments. In addition they must also manage their time effectively, prioritize their activities, maintain all appropriate records, complete all required reporting, manage a client data base and conduct such other activities as may be necessary and appropriate to ensure their complete success. They must also master a host of communications skills, networking skills, interpersonal skills, relationship building skills and computer skills.
This program is presented as a Seminar/Workshop. The material is presented in four segments:
- Marketing, including all of the Pre-contact elements
- Sales, including all of the activities associated with prospect/client contact
- Support, including all of the support, record-keeping and reporting activities
- Workshop is the practical program segment in which participants become comfortable with the language and activities presented in the seminar
The material is designed for delivery in a two-day format. However, it may be adapted readily to shorter or longer formats depending on client needs and expectations and the level of skill and training of participants.
In-store Coaching and Consultation
Perhaps the most effective and most widely acclaimed segment of our programs is IN-STORE RETAIL COACHING and CONSULTATION.
After the Seminar/Workshops have been concluded, a Retail Skills Implementation Coach will be avaable to visit selected stores to monitor progress, answer questions and to guide retail employees through actual sales interviews. These sessions are designed to assist and employees to make the necessary changes and to implement the new Customer Service and Selling Skills on the reatil sales floor in a familiar, non-controlled environment. Employees will develop new and empowering habits and replace existing habits that limit both positive customer experiences and sales.
Visual Merchandising & Display Seminar/Workshop also delivered in the new, concise format.
Exciting and dynamic, these Seminars/Workshops provide the tools that are essential in conceptualising, designing and creating retail merchandising & displays that have Impact! Participants learn the secrets of planning, designing and implementing excellent display Location, Schedule, Composition, Presentation, Style and Props. The workshop provides an opportunity to displays using the client's Products, Fixtures, Signage and other merchandising tools.
