Theresa Mclellan, Senior Associate, STOREcheck Administrator
Theresa has been with David Carr & Associates for more than four years. In that time Theresa has personally conducted hundreds of mystery shops for a wide variety of retail clients. She has had extensive retail experience and has a thorough understanding of the importance of customer service and selling skills to successful retailing.
Since 2002, Theresa has been serving as Administrator and in this role she has been responsible for all aspects of The STOREcheck Mystery Shopping Program. She recruits, trains, assigns and supervises all of our Field Investigators, prepares all of the reporting and communicates the results to clients.
Judith Carr, Associate, Web Promotion
Judith Carr has worked with David Carr & Associates since the company began over 10 years ago. Judith possesses a Diploma With Distinction in Business (Hotel & Restaurant Management) and a partial BA in English Language and Rhetoric. She has extensive experience in retail sales, business-to-business services and customer service.
