We now offer all of our training seminar/workshops in a 60 minute format These
session are designed to be more accessible to more people.
Retail schedules in particular, make it challenging for managers and staff to leave their
stores to attend longer sessions. However, most can attend one or more one hour
sessions without compromising the level of service in their businesses.
Of course, shorter sessions mean lower fees. This too will make professional training
available to more retail sales and other customer service professionals.
We continue to provide a variety of customer service and selling skills training programs for retail, service and professional practice clients across Canada.
Our clients include retail chains, shopping centres, government agencies, crown corporations, legal, accounting and other professional practices, food service and any enterprise for whom customer service and business enhancement is a priority.
